Even though I received two free passes to attend this movie, all opinions are STRICTLY my own. I loved this movie, and am happy to share the same opportunity with my local readers and friends. 

On Tuesday night I had the most fun attending a screening of Touchstone Pictures’ brand new movie, The 100 Foot Journey! It was a film about food, family, and the differences among people and cultures  that add the spice to life! I don’t want to tell you TOO much – don’t want to give the story away – but suffice it to say that, as someone who loves food, international travel, and the excitement that different cultures add to this planet, I was absolutely enchanted by the story line, the photography, and the acting. Produced by Steven Spielberg and Oprah Winfrey, and directed by Lasse Hallström (the director of the beautiful movie “Chocolat”), and starring Helen Mirren, this movie has all the ingredients necessary for a delicious cinematic experience, and it does NOT disappoint.
